The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Christ Chapel Parish will be celebrating its 18th anniversary next week, starting with a vigil service on Friday, October 26 and ending with a celebration service on Sunday, October 28, 2012.
Pastor J. T Kalejaiye will be the guest minister and he will be ministering at the vigil and the celebration service.
According to a statement by the Pastor-in-charge, Remi Morgan, the church intends to carry out some CSR initiatives around its community during this celebration. As part of this, there will be a visit to the Heart of Gold Children's Hospice, the Juvenile Home for Girls for their physical, medical and spiritual needs.
Other activities lined up for the celebration include; an evangelism outreach and environmental clean-up around Diya street, Ifako, Gbagada; a special all-night "High-Praise to the Lord" which will feature various RCCG parish choirs and gospel artistes.
