Rapper Lecrae wins Artist of the year at the 46th Annual Dove Awards



















Christian Rapper Artist has won the Artist of the Year at the recently concluded 46th annual Dove Awards.

According to Fox News, "The Grammy-winning artist made history last year when his seventh album, "Anomaly," became the first title to top Billboard's Top 200 and Gospel Albums charts in the same week"

Lecrae also carted away the awards for “Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the Year” and “Rap Hip-Hop Song of the Year”

The 46th Annual GMA Dove Awards were handed out in 41 categories, as well as 4 special awards. Co-hosted by Erica Campbell and Sadie Robertson, the night drew a record attendance at the Allen Arena on the campus of Lipscomb University. The entire show will broadcast exclusively on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) on Sunday, October 18th at 9:00PM CST.
