Christian author, Tim LaHaye, has died at the age of 90 years following a severe stroke. He died on Monday, 25 July 2016 in a San Diego hospital.
Born in Detroit, Michigan on the 27th of April,1926, Tim was an American evangelical Christian minister, author, and speaker.
He is best known for the Left Behind series of apocalyptic fiction, which he co-wrote with Jerry B. Jenkins. He authored more than fifty books, both fiction and non-fiction.
“Thrilled as I am that he is where he has always wanted to be, his departure leaves a void in my soul I don’t expect to fill until I see him again,” said co-author Jerry B. Jenkins in a statement on the death of his co-author of the apocalyptic series.
Tim LaHaye married activist and fellow author Beverly Ratcliffe in 1947 and both wrote a fantastic book on marriage titled, "The Act of Marriage".
