Who will win the "Best Gospel Act" at the 2016 MOBO Awards?

The 2016 MOBO awards will take place on Friday, November 4 at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow. The nominations were revealed on the 21st of September at Ronnie Scotts in London.

The nominees for the "Best Gospel Act" are :

Andrew Bello, an exciting, multi-award winning Afrobeats artist and an ambassador of Contemporary Afro Gospel music in the UK.

Guvna B, at 26 years of age, is a multi-award winning, record-breaking rap artist from London. He became the first rapper in UK history to top the Official Christian & Gospel charts, and his most recent No. 1 release SECRET WORLD was the UK’s highest selling urban Christian album in 2015.

Seun Otukpe also know as S.O, Lamp Mode Recording’s first international hip-hop artist, bears his soul so much in his music, which has been labeled as “emo rap.” S.O. knows he’s not the only person that has experienced pain, and he wants to show others how to find comfort in Christ during the storms of life.

Though a new comer to the scene, Sarah Téibo is gradually becoming highly sought after in UK Gospel following the release of her debut album ‘Walk With Me’, on all digital music platforms on the 8th of May 2016, unveiled with a live gig at London’s 606 Jazz Club.

Volney Morgan & New-Ye are recognized in the Gospel world for their dynamic stage presence and remembered for their unified voices when ministering for the Kingdom.
