‘’The passing of my brother TB Joshua saddens me deeply. At 3.00am this morning I was told by one of his daughters that this was fake news and I tweeted as much. Sadly I was misled. 5 minutes ago the same person called me and confirmed the story. @GazetteNGR was right and I am in pain.

‘’He was a wonderful, kind, generous, wise, and loving man who was undoubtedly one of God’s ‘end-time’ Generals and who did so much for those in need and the body of Christ. My family and I shall miss him dearly as he soars to the stars and takes his place amongst the angels and saints in Heaven.

‘’The Bible says ‘’to live is Christ and to die is gain’’. It says ‘’O grave where is they power? O death, where is thy sting?’’ Rest in peace God’s great general. You taught me the power and importance of faith, courage, love, and strength even in the most difficult times! I shall miss you’’

Football analyst and player @iamzeezaga said, ‘’In 2012, my coach jokingly told TB Joshua he doesn’t have a car, he travelled that night to Dubai. I was to join the team few days later because of my passport issues. The man of God gave me 3k dollars to deliver…. Keep Resting in Peace. Those years, after every COPA Lagos tournament, he prays for us, congratulate us and gift each player a bag of rice and cash reward. TB Joshua is/was a very good man. RIP.’’

@Funmicute tweeted, ‘’We may not be directly impacted but for the fact others were impacted by him is enough to celebrate his good works even in death cos we are only remembered by what we have done.’’
