Hollywood actor Tyrese Gibson lost his mother, Priscilla Murray on February 14. He shared the news on his Instagram page as he asked that God would honor her walk with Him and also embrace her into heaven.
Some weeks earlier, the "Fast and Furious" actor had requested prayers for his mother who was battling with pneumonia and COVID-19 which made her to be admitted at the hospital.
While announcing the passing of his mother on Valentine's Day, Gibson said, “On behalf of my family and everyone who ever spent anytime praying for my mother. This is the saddest moment of my life. My sweet Valentine just passed away. May the Lord Jesus Christ and his angels open the doors of heavens and embrace her.
“May the Lord Jesus Christ honor your walk with him and embrace you into the heavens. From here on I ask that you hold my hand, mother. Never let my hand go. Like you held my hand as a child and a teen never let my hand go, mother.”
His fans and friends reacted on his post as they also prayed that God would comfort him and his family in this trying period.
