The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has said that the insecurity challenges of the North-Eastern part of Nigeria will soon be a thing of the past.
It will be recalled that over the years, there have been series of terrorist attacks in the region which has been a cause of worry to the citizens and her leaders.
However, the cleric proclaimed in a Facebook post that the glory of the region will be restored by the grace of God. He posted, “The Glory of the North Eastern Part of Nigeria will be restored by God’s grace. I use Gombe state as a point of contact: that as the light of God came down powerfully during the @reach4christ Crusade, the light of God descends upon every troubled parts of our dear Nation Nigeria.”
The crusade is part of the activities to mark Adeboye's 80th birthday on March 2. The messages of the preacher, who has been heading the church for over 40 years, have been filled with hope for the nation. More activities have been geared to celebrate the cleric as he becomes an octogenarian in two weeks.
