The 2022 Grammy Awards show officially known as the 64th Grammy Awards took place on Sunday, April 3, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It was postponed from the 31st of January because of the uncertainty concerning the Omicron virus. The eligibility period for the 64th GRAMMY Awards was Sept. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021. Nominations in all of the GRAMMY Award general and genre fields were determined by a majority, peer-to-peer vote of voting members of the Recording Academy.
