The Platform Holds 31st Edition on May 2nd 2022

The Platform hosts its 31st edition on Monday 2nd May. The theme is Building a Successful Business in Today’s Climate – Live Local. Think Global. The last edition was held October 2021 and took place in Abuja. The theme for that was Nigeria What Seest Thou? It was a one of a kind as all the speakers took to the Platform stage for the first.

The May edition has some speakers returning and others making their debut. Leke Alder, Iyin Aboyeji and Yvonne Nelson return to the stage, whilst Charles O’tudor, Niyi Adesanya, Jumoke Adenowo, Audrey Joe-Ezeigbo and Kunle Soriyan are first timers. Pastor ‘Poju Oyemade is the convener and has alerted everyone what to expect. “This will be the most informative, direct and instructive Platform or the 30 editions we have done. It will be loaded with practical insights that will transform whatever you are doing. No one in the line-up will drop the ball. Each speaker will have a thirty minutes session (maximum), after which we will have a panel where they will take questions on entrepreneurship, leadership, building from scratch and the corporate.”

The Platform has grown over the years with offshoots like The Young Platform Professionals Bootcamp, The Platform Institute and other initiatives. It  was founded from a burning desire to build the personal capacity and productivity of Nigerians in the areas of business and governance, inevitably leading to national development.

Since inception speakers, both international and national have graced the stage. They include the VP Prof Yemi Osinbajo, Segun Adeniyi, Dr. Anil Gupta, Anne-Marie Slaughter, Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah, Peter Obi, Ibukun Awosika, Ndidi Nwunelli, Sarah Lacy Jared Cohen, Judy Smith, Sam Egube, Dr. Olisa Agbakoba, Prof Eghosa Osaghae etc.

The Platform will be streamed live and also usually on Channels Television. Attendance is free but registration is mandatory.  Click this link to secure your space! https://forms.cersng.org/
