The Senior Pastor of Salvation Ministries, David Ibiyeomie, celebrated his 60th birthday today and some notable clerics and his followers took to social media to celebrate him.
Bishop David Oyedepo posted, “Happy birthday Pastor David Ibiyeomie. To God be all the glory. Our prayer is that you will continue to go from grace to grace and from strength to strength in Jesus name! May the oil upon your head remain ever fresh in the name of Jesus Christ! Congratulations.”
Dr Paul Enenche wrote, “Happy birthday to God’s servant, Pastor David Ibiyeomie. You are a blessing to God’s kingdom. As your days are, so shall your strength be. Continue to impact your world in Jesus name.”

Ibiyeomie attended Banham Primary School and Government Comprehensive Secondary School, Borikiri, both in Rivers State. He is a graduate of the University of Science and Technology, Rivers State.
He enrolled into full-time Bible School in the Word of Faith Bible Institute in 1995. Thereafter, he founded Salvation Ministries on Sunday, April 13, 1997. He relocated his church to a bigger space in July, 1997. He runs a television programme, Hour of Salvation. In addition, he has been involved in several humanitarian works, giving to the needy and building schools in various communities.
