The President of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, has joined other citizens of the country to celebrate Nigeria’s 62nd Independence Day anniversary. He wrote on his Instagram page, “Happy Independence Day. God has arisen for our sake in Nigeria, the land shall be liberated, and Nigeria shall be rescued!’”
In another post, the 68 year-old cleric said, “I declare enough to the assault on the church and innocent citizens of Nigeria, God will terminate the mourning of everyone in this land. In the name of Jesus, the reign of terror is over in Nigeria, the reign of wickedness is over in Nigeria, the reign of insecurity is over in Nigeria.”
Also, the Senior Pastors of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul and Becky Enenche, wrote on their social media pages, “Nigeria at 62. Father, may you reign in the affairs of our nation, Nigeria. Restore the dignity of this great nation Oh Lord in Jesus name.”
On his part, the Senior Pastor of Salvation Ministries, David Ibiyeomie said, “As Nigeria celebrates the 62nd year since her independence; I declare God’s invisible blessings over her in the name of Jesus! The sound of rejoicing will be heard in the land, and evil will be wiped way. Happy Independence Day!”
In addition, the Senior Pastor of The Elevation Church, Godman Akinlabi said, “May the years ahead of us as a nation, give us more reasons to be truly happy in Jesus name. have a wonderful Independence Day celebration.”
The President of Mount Zion Films, Mike Bamiloye, encouraged Nigerians with his comment. He wrote, “Therefore, it is not wise to relocate out of your country of domain to another country you think has the greener pasture unless the Lord Himself relocate you for His own purpose.
“A greener pasture of a country today could turn to a dry ground tomorrow, therefore, allow the Lord who knows the ending from the beginning to carry you on…
“Wherever the Lord plant your feet, He will make you proper there. As we keep praying for our dear country, God will fight for us and make our nation put on her glorious apparel again.”
