Shiloh, an annual gathering of Christians globally at Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winners Chapel, is set to hold between December 5 and 10, 2023. The theme for this year’s edition is ‘Redeemed to Flourish in Hard Times.'
In a series of posts on the social media pages of the founder and president of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo, there have been countdowns to the forthcoming programme.
In a post last week, the renowned cleric posted, “To flourish or not to flourish? What does the word flourish mean to you? To some, it means having more than enough; for others, it means succeeding where countless people have failed.
“In 18 days, God will be unraveling to every participant what flourishing means and we want you to bring your family, friends, neighbours, and invitees to discover what it means to be redeemed to flourish in hard times.”
While counting down to the 17 days to the programme, Oyedepo quoted Isaiah 41:19 saying, “I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree. I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together.”
In its 15 days countdown, the cleric wrote, “The widow flourished in a time of lack due to her ability to yield to instruction.” He referenced his words from 2 Kings 4:1-7. The post continued, “Come and get God’s blueprint for flourishing at Shiloh 2023.”
Day 14 countdown read, “Through redemption, we have transitioned from needs to great additions, and from intimidation to multiplications. Come and get the keys to endless flourishing at Shiloh 2023. Time is 7am and 7pm.”
It's 13 days to Shiloh 2023! The programme will be held at Canaan Land, Ota, Ogun State, where the church headquarter is located. The branches of the church will serve as viewing centres for individuals who desire to connect to the programme. There will also be live streaming on social media platforms.
