Nigerian Gospel Musician and Pastor, Nathaniel Bassey is billed to perform at Donald Trump's Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast on the 20th of January 2025.

The Akwa Ibom-born musician made this know on his Instagram page saying:

Let’s raise a sound in America . And let the King of Glory come in.  See you. 20th January, 2025

The Presendential Prayer Breakfast is a non-official and non-governmental event. It is a Faith Based platform where intercessory prayers and worship are offered to God on behalf of the office of the president and government of the nation. This event is held once in four years preceding the inauguration ceremony as a breakfast prayer meeting ahead of every new administration. And over the years has been attended by leaders and dignitaries from around the world

The U.S. Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast is a faith-based, interdenominational event traditionally held on the morning of the inauguration of the President of the United States. It is organized to bring together religious leaders, elected officials, and citizens to pray for the newly elected president, the nation, and its leaders.

The event will take place at the Waldorf Astoria presidential ballroom from 7.00a.m. to 1.00p.m. Other special guests include Dr. Alveda King,  Pastor Mario Bramnick, Revivalist Rebecca Macchi and Dr. Dominiquae Bierman
